Rachel joins the crew as they day trip it to a village in Siem Reap – the headquarters of a community initiative. The funds from the trip go back into the community which helps the locals in their farming and everyday life.

The girls mingle with students at the local school, wade through rice paddy boundaries blending into one another and gain a new appreciation for rice when they go through the motions of how long it really takes to process.
